Project Summary
Conserve Solutions conducted comprehensive piping stress analysis for three confidential offshore gas production platforms, addressing the MEG (Monoethylene Glycol) storage vent line and associated subsea connections. Advanced dynamic and static analysis ensured that all piping systems remained within code-allowable stresses under differential loads, supporting safe and reliable platform operations. The scope included sustained, thermal, and occasional stress checks, as well as the preparation of load data sheets for critical loading scenarios. Special attention was given to flange integrity and blast load response, guaranteeing compliance with stringent offshore industry standards. This project highlights expertise in stress assessment, safe design, and operational assurance for complex offshore facilities in the gas sector.
